I have exact same vibration as described above. Its been going on for a wek now. I used to have a similar feeling on my right thigh, which always made me check for my phone inmy pocket.
Nothing thats untolerable but very curious
I feel a bit silly responding to this question as I'm a woman, so obviously don't have the particular part of the body in question. However, some months ago I experienced vibration in my bladder for about a week. It was driving me crazy and I did a Google-search and found a forum that referred to it, with the suggestion that a chiropractor could help. One visit to my chiro and the vibration disappeared. She hadn't heard of the symptom, but just did a full check and adjustment, and fixed the problem.
