I have redness on my penis head please help

im a 19 year old male. about 6 weeks ago i had protected (condom) sex with a brazillian girl while travelling around europe. i then noticed about 2 weeks after that the underside of my penis had a red spotty rash. little bumps on it. i immediately freaked out and went to a doctor in croatia where they gave me some cream to put on. i used this and the rash went away after about a week. the redness has gone away but the little bumps seem to stay and more of them appear around the base and up the back of my penis.a couple of the bumps have had small heads on them mayb because of my interference but maybe 100 small bumbs have stayed there. i have been having unprotected sex exclusively with a girl im on and off with since i have been back, only the last 2 weeks, and the bumps stayed and possibly became more noticable when i had an erection.last night i had oral sex off another woman and within 10 hours the bumps have stayed and there has been a redness around my tip and japs eye. its not sore at all and i dont have any discomfort with urinating. previously i have had noticed some wrinkles appear on my head but they have soon dissapeared. ive researched it and it seems it could be the herpes virus. this is very serious as you know so any help would be much appreciated. thanks

Herpes do not stay for that long period of time! if you have been having this breakout for over a month, it is not herpes. if you have not had scabs or any other symptoms of herpes, then it is not them. but you should go see a doctor right away and get tested for STD's just to clear your mind. It could be normal, or it could just be something little that can be fixed really easy! calm down and go see a doctor for some testing!
