Hi, I feel your migraine headache can at times be triggered by the physical stress you are passing through the injuries. You have to consult an Neurosurgeon and orthopedician so they can evaluate you throughly. try to relax and take Tab Restyl at nights.

Hi,
I suggest you get xray of your elbow, shoulder, knee and hand done to rule out fracture. Physical stress can trigger migraine headache but you also say your memory is short is it so since the accident? In that case you also need to get a complete neurological examination done.Meanwhile OTC pain medication will make you headaches and other pain and swelling feel better.

Hi,
Yes the fall from the trailer could possibly a cause for the headaches. Also so could the pineal cysts lead to the symptoms you describe. It is rare for a pineal cyst to cause symptoms. If they do, they are headache, visual disturbances, or hydrocephalus. You need to get yourself evaluated by a neurologist to reach a conclusive diagnosis to decide the management in your case. Till then you could try some OTC painkillers and antianxiety medication. Avoid alcohol and smoking and get your blood pressure checked too. For the swelling in your knees and hands you should try hot fomentation, local application of diclofenac gel. Also discuss this with your physician and see if he thinks you should get some xrays done.
