HEADACHE AND A LUMP ON MY HEAD

I frequently feel headache and usually I am not like this before. When my brother hit my head with a guitar. I am aware I have lump because of what he does to me but it is now the third week since he hit it still the lump is still there. My headache got worse. should I seek medical help?

Yes you should meet up a doctor.
To rule our hematoma or fracture.
Hematoma is a localized collection of blood, usually clotted, in a tissue or organ.

Hi,
It seems you had blunt injury on head, can you give more details as which part of head is aching, where is the lump and what happned immediately after injury. If the lump is Heamatoma ,it will take some more time to recede and you may have pain for sometime, do hot fomentation and take ain killers  if it is unbearable or consult a surgoen and take an x-ray to see any bone injury.
