im 17 and i have been getting headaches at the left side and it doesnt last for that long but they come and go and also when i stand still i feel like i am going to fall backwards or forwards and i also have go sore scalp at the left side do i have a brain tumour or cluster headaches or anything else? please help

You could try some OTC painkillers. They should help. For how long does each episode last? Do you associated nausea or aura? Is it precipitated by stress, strong light, loud noise or certain foods etc? Are you sleeping well?

Headache and dizziness can occur due to many reasons. I would suggest you to get a vision test done to rule out eyesight problems, get your blood pressure checked, avoid hypoglycaemia by eating your meals on time. Do not stay awake past your bedtime, avoid smoking and alcohol. See if these measures help your headache. If they get worse please consult your physician.
