Left Eye, Left Should and neck pain

I'm wondering if you could help me.  I am experiencing a sharp pain in my left eye sometimes rising to the top of my temple and forehead.  Combined with left shoulder pain and neck.  My neck and shoulders are very stiff daily and was wondering what it might be.

Pain behind the eye along with headache could a cluster headache, a complete physical examination is required to confirm the diaagnosis. Also i think  acute sinustis is to be ruled out.Please consult your physician at the earliest.

You need to get your eyesight checked for any visual disturbances which could cause or increase your symptoms. I think you should get yourself evaluated for cervical spondylitis and try physiotherapy , exercises, local application of diclofenac gel on neck and shoulders and hot fomentation on the advice of your physician. This should definitely help. What is your age?  Try some OTC painkillers and antianxiety medication like alprazolam alongside and see if the headaches respond. But if despite the above measures the headaches persist you need to see a neurologist for complete evaluation and further management.
