well the pain is almost gone at all now. I have to look at the farthest angle on the left to feel a little pain!probably its with the bright light of the monitor I use everyday or just tension as I suffer of chronic anxiety!

Hi,

I understand that the pain seems to be the main problem here. Eye pain associated with eye movement is usually associated with inflammation of the optic nerve. However, this doesnt seem to be your case since you stressed that you dont have any associated blurring of vision and other visual problems.

Have you tried taking analgesics to relieve the pain?

Consult with your opthalmologist for a thorough eye examination and fundoscopy. This will help rule out any underlying eye condtion.

Migraine, muscle pain or tension headache are still considered as differentials. With the absence of dimming of vision , numbness or stiffness in other parts of the body, vomiting and dizziness, this doesn't seem to be a cause of alarm.

Stay calm and keep us posted regarding physician's advise.

Please elaborate on what is PC.

For how long have you been experiencing this?
Is this a new onset headache?
Are there any associated blurring of vision, dimming of vision, tearing, eye redness?
Have you any previous eye injury?
