hi i recently fell on the back of my head since then i have had a bad head ache on the back right hand side what should i do?

Headache could be because of hematoma. Is there any tenderness? Please see a physician as soon as you can. Meanwhile take OTC painkillers to ease the pain.

Have you been to the physician since your fall? Have you noticed any lump or bruise at the site? Was the fall associated with any vomiting or Ear , nose, Throat bleed? Did you experience any loss of consciousness at that time? You could try some OTC painkillers for a few days and see if that helps. If the headache still persists you need to consult your physician for a clinical evaluation. Goodluck.
