Twitching eye, pain on one side, tender scalp

Hi:

I've have a mild/moderate headache for a couple of days involving primarily 3 symptoms: tender scalp, pain on left side of head, twitching left eye.  I've googled these symptoms and am not coming up with a clear answer.  These symptoms bother me not because they're really severe, but because they're so weird and unusual for me.

I don't have a history of headaches, just the occasional tension headache or dehydration headache.

Any ideas?

Did you suffer from any scalp injury recently? There is a possibility that the pain could be a migraine headache or an occipital neuralgia. You can take OTC pain killers and see if it improves. At the same time schedule an appointment with your physician for clinical evaluation.
