From your description, it appears to me that you will benefit from anti-migraine medicines. Please consult a Migraine specialist, or a Neurologist.
Apart from the medicines, you have to take care of your general health, physical and mental. Control your anxiety, have a balanced diet, observe sleep hygeine and most importantly, report any new symptoms to your doctor.

It could be many problems like stress, cluster headaches, tension headaches. pinch nerve from your neck. A few years ago I had to see a spealist and I was having pain from my neck to the side of my head it was hurting. I was fine I had to do excercise.He told me The rason why I was getting these headaches cause my neck is long......Also you could have migranes.... How long this been going on? I would go to the doctors and find out what is going on... unlikely is seriuos...
