strong migraines with weirds symptoms

hello,i have hashimoto and i take 50mg t4.Usually the summers i m having very strong and weird migraines, sometimes i loose focus and part of my vision, some small panic crice, sometime can  also  loose the feel of my arm(s) .Very rare i had  speech-language disorder. After strong painkillers and sleep i m coming back to almost regular.Im thinking of any hormonological problem,or maybe an oldest injury in the back of my head(15 y ago) with concussion and speech-words disorder for the first time.Do you think of anything?Any suggestions?Thank you all. Regards

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Your symptoms could be due to migraine or PCS ( post concussion syndrome ) because of the concussion that you had years ago. Please go for an MRI brain to know the exact cause and consult a neurologist for treatment as a delay could be dangerous. There are chances of  getting a stroke.  Hope this helps you. Take care and regards !
