hey erica, I have tried to exercise and ease my mind but as you probly know its not that easy not to think about. I am not using protection, and my PT was neg. sunday past,  so it just a waiting game but I really wanted to have another baby before I made the big 30, and you know how time fly, my doc and i have talked and I want my body to do it naturally just to try and get in the rythm of things you know, but I never thought this stress could be more than menstral stress,,lol...its the pits. so i see your in the same boat, I guess mother nature really love to mess with us girls...Let me know when she visits you so I can be on the look out!!!

I know exactly how you feel. It took 14 weeks for AF to come back after my m/c. That was in Aug. and I have only had 2 periods since the m/c. My last cycle was 47 days! I know it's hard to, but you need to try and relax. As soon as I started doing yoga and relaxing more AF came. I was extremely stressed, like you, and I just wanted to be able to ttc again. I'm on CD 37 today and no AF in sight and got a false positive last week :( Are you using protection right now? Have you taken a hpt? Your Dr. can prescribe something to jump start and help regulate your period. Be insistent with you Dr. and hopefully he/she will come around. If you ever need to talk/vent/anything, I'm here :) Good luck and I hope AF shows up soon :)
