1 month after miscarraige

I had a miscarraige April 8th at 5 weeks and 1 day. I had a natural miscarraige so there was no need for a D &C. 4 days before my miscarraige my pregnancy symptoms went away and 2 weeks later after the baby passed they came back. With that pregnancy I started feeling symptoms a week after I conceived. Before I miscarried My HCG levels were very high...higher than normal. I was then told that there could have been TWINS.It is now May 9th and My boobs have enlarged I cant sleep at all I have breat tenderness. I have been going to get my hcg level taken 2 weeks ago it was at 46 and I have not went yet. Now my stomach is really really bloated and I have been gaining weight but only in my stomach.Not anywhere else. I have not been eating more than normal.So i am not shore what is going on. Is there anyone that knows what is going on or have been through this. Please help ive been trying for a baby since 4 days after my miscarraige the DOC said its perfectly NORMAL.

I am planning on going and getting my blood taken again they told me to waite 7-14 days because my level should be back to 0 by then, I half to waite for my husband to get home from traing to beable to get my blood taken because i have no baby sitter..My belly looks like it did when i was only 3 months with my daughter. I gained weight very fast.I am hoping that i am PG again. Last night when i took a shower I noticed that around my nipples had a dark ring on them. A month and almost a week after I shouldnt be getting that should i? I will be shore to keep you informed thank you for all your help.

I'm sorry for your loss. I would def have a u/s done. If the dr mentioned twins you could still be pg. Or you may have gotten pg since having the m/c. Did you follow your levels to zero? Sometimes you can have leftover hcg from m/cs. So that could have been why your level was 46. I would def make an app and get some blood work done etc. Best wishes to you and good luck! i would make an appointment with my doctor and ask for an ultrasound to make sure. i also miscarried in january 09 and i had symptoms till Feb so that part i understand is normal till your HCG reaches zero. i would get to a doctor asap
