6 weeks pregant and bleeding.

I woke up this morning and went pee when I wiped there was like brownish blood. I went a pee a few more time after that and there was light pink blood. Then I had thought it stopped. I went pee again right now and there was light pink blood. I do not have cramps or in any pain. I am just wondering g if this normal or if I should be worried.

Hi Steph, I don't want to scare you, b/c the symptoms you're experiencing can be normal spotting. They can also be the start of a miscarriage though. I had those symptoms exactly but after the kind of slimy pink blood, I began to get bad back pain. Within about two hours, I noticed real blood (very red). In addition, my pain became unbearable. I went to the emergency room and miscarried hours later in the middle of the night.

First, stay calm, b/c it could be nothing. Second, if it is miscarriage, there is nothing you can do to stop it-no need to stress or make things worse. Third, call your doctor and make an appt. They will determine if it's normal spotting or not.

Hope it's nothing serious. In any case, stay as calm and reasonable as you can.

I would see a doc.  When I spotted at 5 weeks I went to the ER and they thought I had an etopic pregnancy because they couldn't see the baby but saw something in my ovary.  It turned out to be a cyst.  And as for the baby, well no baby ever appeared in my ultrasound.  I am now 11 weeks and started a miscarriage a couple of days ago.  Always see a doctor when u feel like something isn't right.
