8 weeks ago I had a miscarriage. I have been told I should have a period anywhere between 4-8 weeks. I still haven't started yet and I'm testing negative on hpt so I know I'm not pregnant. However when I lost my baby all of my symptoms went away. Now my breasts are sore and I've been feeling fatigue which I know are also signs of AF. My miscarriage was natural and my hcg level was back to not pregnant 2 weeks after I lost the baby. I have spoken with both my doctor and the health department and neither seem concerned. But I'm so tired of waiting!! Is there anything I can do to jump start Af?

Have you had any spotting at all recently?

I understand your feeling, I had a D&C a few months ago, then I waited and waited for my period to come back. At almost 6 weeks I had 3 days of ultra light spotting, brown blood, really hardly anything... it was my periods!

If your period still does not come back, you need to go see your OB-Gyn, he'll give you a medication to make it come back. After 8 weeks, he should agree to it!

it really depends on how quickly your hcg levels go down, for some like myself, mine went sown super quick and I ovulated 16 from the start of my miscarriage, they wernt that high to begin with, so if yours have taken a while, it will take abit longer for your body to sort itself out, I'm sure it wont be too longe, if your not already pregnant again :)

Sorry for your loss bul2... You have a point Stacey10. I'm just really tired of waiting.I would rather get a positive on a hpt than a period but really right now I'd be satisfied with either

I really wouldnt reccomend trying to bring on your period as you do still have a chance of being pregnant,, so I would just hang in there a couple of weeks longer and see how you go

try raw unripe papaya juice 1-2 glass a day and it should help you to get period.

this is from my research online.

I had a miscarriage as well and still bleeding little bit and then I will see if my period will not come as per time frame I will try this thing too.

good luck.
