Am I having a miscarriage? This is my first pregnancy! I started having light pink discharge yesterday and not today I'm bleeding! Can someone help me!!! Thanks

If you are just spotting or lightly bleeding, give your Dr. a call as MHV said.  Bleeding can be a sign of miscarriage, but not always.  About 30% of women will bleed in first trimester, and about 1/2 the time everything turns out well.  I have bled with my 10 month old son and he is fine.

Im really scared! My Husband is gonna be so sad! Im not having any pain no cramps nothing like that.

you need to go to the ER so they can check you out and make sure everything is ok.
