I agree with Naan84
You are stressing yourself out every month and this in turn is effecting your cycles. Please just try and remain as calm as possible. My cycle was delayed by 10 days due to stress, so i know the impact stress has on ur cycles.
I spot alittle before my period and that's ok, as long as ur having a period every month & it's at least 3 days long, with a light to meduim blood flow then that's fine. The cycles also should be no shorter than 21 days though. My cylcle before my miscarriage was 32 days every month like clock work, but now there slighly difference each month as cycles can become longer or shorter after a miscarriage and this is normal.
You could always take a high strenght Evening-Primrose oil this balances out ur hormones and light -moderate exercise is also very good, this helps makes prriods more regular etc... however u need to stop taking evening primrose once ur pregnant. A good healthly diet is also very very important lots of fruit, vegs and white meat, like chicken, aviod fried food, canned food, and limt caffine/fizzy drinks as much as possible.
It would also be a good idea to take a good vitamin tablet to ensure ur getting all the right vitamins for ur body.
Look after urself and try not to get to stressed out. I know it's hard but try ur best :-)

Hi, I'm sorry for ur loss. Maybe its a good idea to see a doctor, tell them what ur experiencing and see what they say. It sounds to me like abit of stress regarding the symptoms and maybe just out of balance hormones from your miscarriage. I had one in may last year and I can relate to wanting a baby and getting excited each month hoping this is the month and over thinking symptoms, its so hard.
