Cramping/Spotting - 7 weeks - normal?

I'm a bit nervous. I'm going to the doctor on Friday. I noticed today, I felt an urgency to use the restroom and when I wiped, I noticed 1 small spot that was pinkish on my tissue. I have slight cramps but I really don't know if it's just a normal back cramp or if it's something to worry about.

This pregnancy is giving me nerves. I went to the doctor, got a papsmear,  they said I was pregnant - 7 weeks. 2 days later, I go to the bathroom and I'm wiping bright red blood. Then I go for an Ultrasound she said that she couldn't find the sac and then she repositioned and found it near my tubes, but it was only measuring at 4 weeks. I go for blood work get the call that my HCG levels did rise but they didn't double so I was scheduled for a quick ultrasound. Then I'm told they found the sac and I was measuring at 6 weeks the pregnancy is progressing as it should. Now, 1 week later this is happening.  This has been the biggest emotional rollercoaster I've ever been on. I'm sitting here at work, trying not to cry, trying to remain calm because it was only one little spot, but I know that one little spot can turn into more.

Hi there.  I'm sorry you are experiencing this!  Try not to worry.  Some spotting can be very normal as can mild period like cramping.  If the blood turns bright red, gets heavy or if cramping gets severe, that's more of a concern. You can always report this too to your doctor but you do not need to worry just based on the things you write of here.  Keep us aware of what is going on and best of luck to you!
