First Peiod here after miscarriage!!!

Hi ladies just thought would let you know that on hristmas day I had my first period after my miscarriage!! 30 das cycle which is period good as i am normally 28 days so looks like bk to norm!! :O). I am so happy that we can now ttc again :O). I am going to try the plan which was posted on here not so long ago which is supposed to have a 40% chance of conceiving straight away following m/c,..... fingers crossed.

Oh wow congrats ha ha!! It is v exciting isn't it as you know you can get back down to business and hpefully get the baby you have been dreaming about!! I fet the same, so excited to see the period and have the cramps!! It's awful we have all had to go through this but we will get our babies soon!!

yayyy.. I got my first period today as well.. on the 36th day... i never was more relieved to feel the cramps lol!
I just have 2 more cycles to go.. and I can start trying as per the official timeline my doctor gave me!

Hey did your period start??? It is exciting when you know you can start trying again. Well I've never really noticed ovulation cramps before but since m/c I feel like I hae bee nhaving them today but this is day 8 of my cycle? Anyway we had sex today so hopefully the sperm may meet egg soon :O) I am going to do ovulation testing anyway as it took me 4 months to conceive last time I don't want to wait that long at all. I think this time I know exaclty when the best time to try is and know to look out more for the ovulation sins so hopefully we will get our baby this month I really hope so :O)

Ah, I see.  I don't do ovulation testing as I typically have ovulation cramps.  Typically they say if you try every other day when your cervical mucus is ready or if you do it when you have ovulation cramps then it's good.  I did that for both pregnancies, the first one took me 3 cycles but that was waiting for BC to wear off, the second time we got pregnant on the first try.

Good luck!  And thanks for the info!  I think AF is starting today (or tomorrow) so I'm SUPER excited to start trying again!

The dianans plan, if you google it you may find it. basically start trying on day 8, and every other night after that...begin ovulation testing on day 10, when test is positive try that night plus 2 additional nights in a row.....skip one night then do one last try....tke a home preg test 15 days after you got a positive ovulation test if period has not begun.....apparently statistics coming in from woman who have stuck tot the plan shows that 40% of post miscarriage women will get pregnant on the first try if they are faithful to the plan. I know it's a bit robot like but if you want to get preg fast then it's worth a try!! I'm defo giving it a go, my day 8 is new years day!! So I will have some serious loving from then ha ha ha xx
