possible miscarriage at 10weeks

hello everyone
I am supposed to be 10weeks pregnant today on friday i started bleeding not heavy but cramps came bout 30 mins later, i have been to get checked they tried ultrasound & could only see an empty sac, they also tried internal scan & this still showed the same, now they have told me that my hormone blood levels are only 3000 which are not consistant with 10weeks, anybody know how to help ease my mind i have got so many 'what ifs' goin round in my head & also whats the earliest they can see on a scan?
Thank you for reading & any advice you givex

I would have to agree with the previous poster. If your sure your 10 weeks you should hear a heartbeat and see baby on ultrasound. We saw our babies heartbeat at 6.3 weeks but unfortunately miscarried. I'm sorry you having to go thru the uncertainty of what's happening. It's a very bad feeling of helplessness. I've been there twice in several months.

Hi, sorry but there should be a definit baby presant in the sac and 10weeks i had the same as you but earlier and on my first scan at 5weeks and they could only see sac and yolk sack and by 6weeks you could see a fetus and heartbeat i had a scan every week from then on and every week it got bigger and by 10weeks it looked like a proper baby
