what's with all these bloody spots?!

Hi there, I had a natural miscarriage 6weeks ago.and the doc told me I was good to go for another pregnancy as soon as I was ready. Well about 14days ago I thought I was getting my period but turned out to just be a few spots, and the next day a few spots. So I thought it was implantation bleeding and I was pregnant again. So I went out got a hpt ready to take it in about a week. Well the spots never stopped! So I'm asuming it isn't implantation bleeding because as of today 14days later I'm still spotting, not as much as at first but at the beginning it wasn't enough to soak a pantyliner and now its only a couple of spots a day but its still weird! I have never in my life had a period this long or this light!
Anyone know what's happening? Please

2 weeks of spotting probably should be checked out by your Dr.  You may need to go on progesterone to kick start your cycle again.  It's not uncommon, it's just out of whack hormones.  Your Dr. should also check that the miscarriage was indeed complete.  It probably was as you would more then likely be having heavy bleeding if it wasn't.  He can clear all of this up with a simple blood test, and then get things back on track.  Don't worry, it's not dangerous or anything, you just need a bit of help getting regulated again I think.  All the best to you.

And also, the blood is very dark brown or blackish some days which freaks me out.
