Hysterescopy-What would you do?

hi ladies,

I had a hysterescompy couple of weeks ago, when my doctor discovered that there is a mild adhesion at my cervics. He said it was not important and that the uterine cavity is fine. Considering that I am mensturating, he concluded that the adhesion is not blocking the sperm from entering into my uterine. In any case, I was reffered to infirtility specialist. He wanted to see the images of the Hysterescopy, but the images were not available in the system!!!  He just trusted his collegue's word about the fact that everything was ok. I have an uneasy feeling about this. do you think I should insist on having another hysterescopy?

Thanks

Hi bam,

I am seeing an RE, which is why I am surpeided he took his colleague's word. He could have at least called the hysterescopy doc. and asked about the images! Oh, I am soooo frustrated at the medical system in DC area.

I really don't know anything about hysterescopy, but I would insist that the specialist get a copy of the images from your other dr.  There shouldn't be a need to redo, the images have to exist somewhere!  Who just takes somebody else's word for it!?  Isn't that why you went to a specilist in the first place?  Are you seeing an RE?

Good luck.
