i went back to the dr yeasterday and my Hcg levels were still quite high 1600 range so they took more blood.i was about 10 wks also thankyou for making me feel not alone im sorry for your loss hope your blood work comes back better than mine
My HCG is still not at zero and I miscarried almost two weeks ago. Everyone is different. I am currently at 23. My doctor is having me do my third draw in two weeks. I was ten weeks pregnant when I m/c but my HCG was never very high (only 7000). I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will be at zero next time. I know what you are going through....I just want it to all be over. No more u/s, or dr. appointments, or blood tests.
I am sorry for your loss. You are not alone. It helps to know that.
Bam is right about knowing whats going on. after I had a m/c i didnt know about hCG levels and how long it took to leave the system or that hCH had be at 0 before you would ovulate again. my dr ended up telling me this but he didnt offer and i didn't think to ask to have bloods done to see what was going on. I m/c in September and haven't had one blood test.... even with all the problems ive had.
Yes. After one of my m/cs it took me 3 almost four cycles for them to be back to normal. I would keep having your blood drawn and follow it to zero I hope it happens for you alot sooner. At times it can be a painful reminder really. I'm so sorry for your loss...

It may also depend on how far along you were. It's good that you are getting the follow up. It's so much easier when you know what is going on then just sitting and waiting.
There are many fantastic women here who have been through the same thing. Feel free to post or vent if you need to.
yes she has checked once i got to go back monday to get it re checked
is your dr checking you hCG and going to follow it back to 0?
very normal! in fact it could take month for hCG to go back to 0. I know you just want everything to be back to normal now.. its hard! If you need to vent or talk there are so many wonderful ladies on here that have been where your at now. it takes time but it will get easier as time goes on. you will never forget, but it will get easier.
