Late miscarriage

I missed my period back in june of 2014, about 8 days later I began to spot very lightly with no cramping, it stopped after 3 days. the next month I missed my period again, took a urine test it and a blood test and they were both negative. I have all of the signs of pregnancy. Missed period, bloating, nausea, heightened sense of smell etc But negative testing. I began to gain weight, only in my abdomen area, I missed my july, august, september periods. I woke up last week (november) to brown discharge, like the start of a period and consistent cramping, that lasted several days. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and I felt something slip out of me. I was passing HUGE blood clots and the toilet was filled with bright red. I had unbearable cramping in my abdomen and also in my back that has been consistent for days now. After passing the clots, the bleeding has subsided to spotting a few times a day. what my question is, could I have been pregnant this whole time and I passed my baby? I have been treating it as I was pregnant and listening to my body. Since i stopped getting periods in june, That would make me 22-23 weeks pregnant. Please help, I no longer have health insurance and no one will see me or check my cervix or anything.

It doesn't sound like a miscarriage to me. Unless, you weren't as far along as you thought. It's possible you got pregnant after the blood and urine test which is why you got a negative result. But, the other poster is right. If it wasn't a miscarriage, you should see a Dr.

I was 14wks pregnant (carried him until I was technically 17wks though before we actually found out) - and you would have known it was a baby if you passed it, ESPECIALLY that far along. Depending how small of a woman you are, you would have been showing WAY before now.
When I gave birth to my son (in the hospital - my water broke etc), you could tell it was a baby. he was perfectly formed and fit in my hands. not just clots.
I'd go to the Dr. to be honest. Sounds like something more serious than a miscarriage..
