Low hcg means miscarriage?

At four weeks i lost all my symptoms, sore breast, fatigue. I had a blood test at 4 weeks 4 days with hcg level 350. My doc said thats low and i'm miscarring. No bleeding and still bright positive test two weeks later. Also i feel nausea and tired, tender breast but not swollen. I'm confused why she didnt have a second test ordered, how does she know. Could i be pregnant?

Hi! i really think you need to switch obgyns..they cant determine if you are miscarrying or not without bloodtests to show your hcg levels going up or down. i was 4 week and my hcg levels was 45 and it went up to 700 over the next 4 weeks and started going down. It is normal for hcg levels to start off low and they can skyrocket from there Please find another obgyn for a second opinion. and ask for blood tests to keep track of your levels. good luck to you hun! you are in my prayers!

hi. when they told me i was having a miscairrage they told me it was b/c there was no hartbeat. i got a second op from another doc and what he did was check my hcg. my hcg actually went up but it didint double. i was 6/5 weeks. but it was def higher than 350 it was in the 4 thousands when it should of been in the 20 thousands. i know it is hard but my advise to u is to maybe change doc and ask that they chek ur hcg levels on diff days that way ull know for sure if its rising to where it should be or if its going down. the best of luck to u. my prayers are with u.
