Miscarriage or blood clot?

So I just gave birth to my two month old on october 26th, and I'm currently on the depo shot. I got the shot on the 6th of december and I didnt have sex again until december 12th and again on christmas. And last night i had really bad lower back pain and lower abdomen cramps. I've been bleeding because of the shot and i called before and they say thecramps are suppose to be normal but i passed this really bad clot this morning and I dont know if its a normal clot or what. My mom said that it looks like a miscarriage. Advice?

I am not sure what that is, but it does not look normal at all. if you saved it, i would show it to a doctor.
