Miscarriage?

So I recently had a cervical biopsy and I have some questions. The doctor told me that there would be some dark discharge from the medicine they use to stop the bleeding. Two days later was going to the bathroom and something passed out of my vagina. Not small, it was about the sixe of a bussiness card and looke sort of like a sac of some kind almost made out of paper?? I know that sounds really weird but is it to do with the biospy or is this something else?

I had a leep where they took biopsies for cervical cancerous cells they had found.  I bleed spotted for a week, I didn't have a cone biopsy but that sounds strange, expecially about the paper.  Not to scare you and this prob didn't happen but could they have left something behind of which your body naturally disposed of?  Like a bandage that came out?

i would ask your doctor cause i had a cervical biopsy like 4 years ago and i only had spotting, no clots at all.  also they only take small pieces.  if you were pregnant they should have noticed your cervix being closed.

I was thinking the same thing about them not noticing but the size of the clot made me nervous. Thank you for your responsehttp://www.medhelp.org/posts/show/586088#

Well, if you had a cervical biopsy and were pregnant surely they would have noticed?  It could very well be some leftover tissue from the biopsy, or even just a blood clot. That being said, when in doubt its never a bad idea to follow up wiht your Dr.  And you don't sound weird at all, I would be concerned about something like that too.

Take care, and best of luck to you.
