Miscarriage

I had my first pregnancy recently, then I started bleeding on Jan. 1st.  I had two blood tests to confirm a miscarriage.  I got pregnant in November, so I had no period in December nor in January.  Since then I have been waiting for my cycle to begin and it just started on Feb. 2nd. How can I figure my next ovulation date so that we can start trying again?  Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your help!  My periods are very irregular normally so this has become confusing for me.

I am very sorry for your loss. Welcome to the site. It all depends on how long your cycles are. You usually count backwards 14 days from the day your period is supposed to be due and that is your day of ovulation. You can google "ovulation calender" and many will come up for you to use. I would suggest having sex during that whole week with the day of ovulation right in the middle.
