It can be normal it was for me however it is not a risk You would want to take with Your baby, You need to see a doctor as soon as possible to be safe.
"Is there an adult in Your life who is aware You are pregnant and helping You'?

Honey, I know this is scary and I am so sorry you are experiencing this.  You do need to see a Dr. to have this diagnosed.  Some people bleed and cramp during pregnancy (I did) and all is fine.  Other times it can be the start of a loss.  Light cramping is pretty normal.  Sabby is correct in that only an ultrasound can say for certain what is happening.  Call and make a Dr.`s appointment.  If the bleeding becomes heavy (a pad an hour) go immediately to the emergency room.  Also, you need to knwo that if it is a miscarriage, it is not because of anything you did wrong.  Unfortunately lots of pregnancies end this way, and the vast majority of women that experience them go on to have a healthy normal pregnancy later on.  Do you have a good support systemÉ  Someone that will go with youÉ  It`s important that someone be there for you.  Take care and let us know how you are doing.

you have to go to the hospital, you will need an ultrasound to see if the pregnancy is still viable. Do you have a doctor? if so you should call them right away. It could be nothing and it could be something. There is no real way to know until you get an ultrasound. I have had 2 miscarriages and both bleeds were very different. If you are cramping it is not a good sign. I'm soo sorry you are going through this. It is scary and frightening for an adult nevermind a 16 yr old. keep us posted
