Pregnancy after 5 weeks after miscarriage?
Very light positive on home pregnancy test tonight. Miscarried at 15.5 weeks gestation almost 5 weeks ago. Natural delivery no D&C. Only bled 9 days after delivery. symptoms were all gone within a week. Tonight my breasts were extremely tender and feel full again. So I decided to test... not sure if it's left over HCG from my loss. Anyone have opinions to share?
They say one is extremely fertile after a miscarriage (I'm not 100% sure about the veracity of this statement), so pregnancy is highly likely. I do know that it IS very easy to get pregnant right after a miscarriage. A blood test should be able to tell you better than a home preg test kit. Wish you the best!
