Pregnancy or bad pms, waiting for first AF

Hello to all, Im new to this so bare with me.

I had a miscarriage back on June 29th and am still waiting for first af. I miscarried naturally and bleeding stopped on July 10th. July 10th I also had a follow up appt with my ob and she said the lining of my uterus was back to normal and "beautiful."  For the last week I have had sore boobs, frequent urination, tired, and am extremely cranky (i snapped at one of my co-workers today which is very out of character for me). I am pretty sure I ovulated around the 22 of july because i had so much cm that day it was literally falling out me when going to the restroom. My boyfriend and I have had sex everyother day since I stopped bleeding but having been using the pull out method which I know isn't perfect ( thats how I got pregnant).

Side note-  We've been together for 5 years and are very capable of being parents.

Back to the point, I was wondering what your experience with pms was like before first AF. Was it substantially worse than normal? Longer than normal? Exactly the same as before?

Im just wondering because I definitely feel like im beginning to experience pregnancy symptoms or the worst pms i have ever had. I will take a pregnancy test in the next couple of days if af doesn't show up.

Thanks a bunch for your reply. Its good to know I'm not the only one who was convinced they were pregnant again (AF showed this morning).  I think it may be a combination of both hormones getting back on track and we are analyzing our bodies so closely. Although this is definitely by far the worst AF I've had. The cramps now are more intense than the miscarriage was.

I also read your post about your friend who had a stillborn and I just wanted to say I'm so very sorry what happened. I unfortunately cant offer any advise on what to say to help her but you, her, and the father are in my thoughts and prayers.

I had a similiar experience this last month.  It was my first period post miscarriage and the pms symptoms were horrible.  I was positive that I was pregnant but af eventually showed up.  Either the symptoms are a lot worse the first period or we are paying more attention to our bodies and are more sensitive due to the fact of the recent loss.  I hope you get the result you are hoping for.

My first Af after a miscarriage was not fun... the PMS was unreal... 2 cycle was back to normal.  I hope this helps, and good luck :)
