hello everyone i am new to medhelp. So i had a very early mc at 4wksand6days it was natural and everything was cleared to ttc again by doctor. well eight weeks have passed and i havent gotten my period yet but all the test are negative. I have had some symptoms like im very moody, going pee alot, and had cramping for the past four days but no bleeding. should i be worried that i have not had aperiod yet? or maybe is it to early for a test to show possitive?

After my D&C back in January it took a little over 6 weeks to get my cycle again. It was very stressful not getting it because I wanted to be able to have my cycle so we could begin trying again. The first day that I began to relax and stop stressing was the day it came. Strange how things work. Just be patient, worrying about it doesnt help any. Sorry about your loss.

the important thing is to be patient and not stress.. given the current situation u should go to your dr. and get a beta taken.. that is the hcg level in your blood.. in very early pregnancy it will double every 2 or 3 days.. if it is going up there is obviously a new pregnancy, but it might just be going down to 0 meaning your last pregnancy wasn't completely out of ur system. i wish the best of luck and lots of babi dust :-* a small recommendation: if u aren't already begin taking vitamins that r high in folic acid to decrease the baby chance of birth defects by 50 to 80% i also find a vitamin with dha is very good as well because the most brain and tissue development will take place in the 1st 3 months

I'm in the similar boat. I miscarried on 3/16 and had a d&c that day. We've been trying a week after the miscarriage and no sign of a period. Have you had unprotected intercourse since then?  Its true only time will tell. Keep your head up and sending you baby dust!

I am so sorry for your loss. I truly know what you are going through. I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks and ended up having to get an emergency D&C. I also had symptoms of pregnancy and wentfor an ultrasound and bloodwork. My AF didn't return till 9 and 1/2 weeks later. Don't worry, only time will tell
