pregnant after a miscarriage within a month

So I had a miscarrige around december 11ish or 12 not sure but I was almost going to be 3 months they told me the baby was 6 weeks smaller than it should have been. I just found out I'm pregnant again on feb 13 and I guess I'm 6 weeks prego I raelly scared whag if I have a miscarrrige again?? The doctor did even spesified? And also when I had my miscarrige he she it was going to come out on its own and he didn't even scrap me clean or anything? Is that normal he ssaid my body was goimg to do it on its own??

Forgot to put that a doctor does not have to do a D&C. It depends on the circumstances. My second miscarriage I did not have a D&C. The first one I did.

it can be but it is best to keep an eye on it since you can have tubular pregnancy that close to a miscarriage.

I had my second m/c naturally.  If you dont have to and its early it can sometimes be easier on its own.  My first m/c I had to hae a d&c and then I retained tissue and they had to do another.  If you are worried about having another m/c have your dr test your hcg levels and progesterone to see if they are rising properly every two days.  Good luck, try not to worry i know easier said than done.  Good luck to u.
