Test Strips....

Hey ladies,
The dh and I are planning on ttc in the near future (hopefuly)  and I was just wondering if anyone has use the preg strips from the net and if so how well did they work?? Would you use them again?

Yes he will be gone for 5 weeks and the other night I found out that the days hes home will not work even more...
If I get AF when I think I will (I hope not, now) then we wont even have a chance until August at the earliest!!

Well if you O'd the 24th, then today you would be 14DPO - and should have a pretty definite BFP or AF.  If you O'd on the 30th then you would be 8DPO and way too soon to see a BFP.

It's entirely possible to O after a m/c before AF shows.  But I'm sorry I think it's just going to be a waiting game.  But if you did O on the 30th, then you only have aprx 6 more days to see what happens.

I'm wishing you the best of luck!  Do I remember correctly that your DH will be away for awhile?

well I am about 95% sure that I O'd some where from the 24th to the 30th of Jan. I had CM that I always have when Oing and the tiny little pinches that I would have normally had...
But then again I am just not sure what to think bc of the m/c...

Do you have any idea when you O'd?  If not, do you know what your avg cycle length is?  That would give you the best determination if it's too early to test or not.

Hey ladies, hoep everyone is well!

So I got my test strips the other day. So to be honest I just could not stop myself and I used one. I got a BFN,I was expecting it anyways so...there was NO evap line at all. I was happy about that!
But I used one again this morning and got a very definit N, however there was a evap line...it was VERY VERY faint! Now I am wondering will some have the evap line and some will not? Could I be prego and its just really early??

I used the hpt strips from the internet on the one month I finally got my bfp, so I have no idea if the faint line would always be there or not.  They do read at 20 which is the lowest there is, but I have no idea how well they work other wise...good luck on ttc!!

Hi i used the internet cheapies, didnt think much of them. They were could one step pregnancy test(10miu) i used them the same day as first response. Internet ones gave me  what looked like an evap line where first response gave me a nice dark second line, they were done at 11 dpo. Dont think i'll use them again they keep you guessing.

The HPT's....
I have only ever used Clear Blue, they seem to work very well for me, however they do get very $$$.....

Are you talking about OPK's or HPT's?

OPK's I've never used off of the net.  Answer or Clear Blue Digi - I like both.

HPT's - was using $ store, but i'm going to try and reign in my obsessive testing this go round and stick with the FRER.
