Uncomplicated misscarriage and possible pregnancy following

Ok so last month I miscarried, but it all started happening on the exact day that my period was due (bleeding) and my body was able to pass it like a normal period and the bleeding wasn't any more than I usually have during my periods and it didnt last any longer than my normal periods either and felt like it too.  If I didn't even suspect that I was pregnant and tested I wouldn't even have known.  My hcg level was tested following the miscarriage and it had returned to normal. So this month my fiance and I stated trying again cause I've heard that its possible to get pregnant directly following a miscarriage.  For the past two weeks my breast have been really sore, I have been more irritable and more tired (the exact same signs I had the last time). My period was due today again so I took a test today and it was negative and I have not had any cramping what so ever.  Is it still possible that I could be pregnant? How long does it take for hcg to build up? and does every women experience implantation bleeding?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

I'm sorry for your loss.  I would suggest to wait a week and test again.  After about two weeks after your expect your period if you still get a negative result you can always ask to see your dr.  Sometimes the levels aren't high enough on the tests.  Also if you did have a miscarriage it could put your cycle off by a little bit as well.

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage.

I think your cycles could be a little messed up with the miscarriage.  Have you tested again?

I had a miscarriage and the baby didn't make it past 5 weeks, although it took until 7 1/2 weeks until the miscarriage completed.  I never had another period and I tested again about 4 weeks later and it was negative.  I had symptoms like you and I felt sure I was pregnant.  I retested 4 days later and it was positive.  Try another test and good luck :)
