When will this end?!

I was 7 weeks pregnant and began bleeding ALOT on Friday night. I went to the ER and was there until 5AM. They did an exam, ultrasound and bloodwork. They told me I was probably beginning to miscarry but had no pain or cramping yet. On the way home I started getting terrible pains. I was up from 5-7 in AGONY-sweating, pain, puking, really terrible. Then i slept from 7-10 and it happened again and then I passed a bunch of large pieces of tissue or clots. Which they are having me collect-does anyone know what they will test it for? The rest of the day/night I was pretty Ok. Then the Terrible Pain came back this morning. I was again vomitting and sweating it hurt so much. Then I began passing a lot more clots or tissue for the next couple of hours. The rest of today I have been bleeding heavy again-like i was when I first went to the ER. Is this going to keep happening? For how long? I see my doctor tomorrow for a follow=up and to see if I need a DNC. I'm devastated but all of this pain and bleeding is somewhat keeping me a little distracted from my sadness since i'm so freaked out by all of this. The ER doctor didn't prepare me for THIS amount of pain. Is this normal?

Thanks so much, I have started getting some light cramps today, I am wondering if I am going to have a natural MC before I even have time to get the D&C?? I will let you know how things are going, good luck to you and I hope your heart heals quickly!!

Im so sorry. Good luck to you too! I actually think the last couple of days of pain and bleeding have distracted me from being too sad. But now its starting to sink in and im getting really sad and depressed. I just want my baby back. This is really awful. I know we will get through it but i really wish we didn't have to. Keep me updated on how things go for you. I'll be thinking of you

Thanks! The doctor told me today that i so need the DnC. I go in on Thursday. This is really the worst =(

you can bleed for a week sometimes more. It is good that you are following up with the Dr. because he will make sure that you have passed everything and no tissue is caught, because that will cause more pain and you will want a D&C. They will want you to keep the tissue because they can test that and be able to tell if there was a chromosome abnormality, if there was a chromosome abnormaility then they know that is why you miscarried. If its not that then they know they need to test you and make sure there is not something wrong with you that caused the miscarriage. I hope you get better soon!!

Oh. Not worried about that bc i def wasn't. I wanted this baby so bad. Had been trying for 4 years! I thought maybe the tests would give some answers as to why i lost it but wasn't sure.

in some states if u have a miscariage they test all that and u to see if u were on drugs and stuff that could have made u ms. they did it in texas  when  my sister did and  she was there with 3 others girls and they  got  suits against them but my sis past all her testing. maybe this will help.  hope u are ok and im very sorry for your loss
