Honey, stress did not cause you to lose your baby.  Nothing you did caused you to lose that baby.  The overwhelming majority of the time it is caused by something just not coming together correctly at the moment of conception.  Stress is hard on overall health, but it is highly highly unlikely it caused your loss.  It is virtually impossible to do anything to lose a healthy fetus.  I'm so sorry for your loss, but it was not your fault.  I wish you peace and healing.

I think it is the reason y I lost my baby. I had a lot of bad stuff goin on when I fell pregnant and during me being pregnant until after I lost bub.

I think so.  Regular stress puts a strain on the body.  I think it contributed to one of my miscarriages.

u bet it can because ur baby no matter how small knows ur stressed as ur entire body is stressed to this causes the baby to be stressed the best thing u can do is try to stay positive and dont stress if u feel u r stressed take a walk or something stress isnt healthy for u n especially not the bub
