Nervous at 7 weeks

I am 7 weeks pregnant and this is our first pregnancy. I am 28 yo with no pre-existing conditions that would make this a high risk pregnancy. When we first found out we were pregnant we were super excited! Now I am scared of a miscarriage. My mom had two healthy pregnancies with some difficulty getting pregnant but no miscarriages (I would assume genetics plays a small role...). I was diagnoses with endometriosis last year but after surgery was told it was not impacting my reproductive system. We started ttc off and on about six months ago and I started tracking ovulation only 6 weeks ago :) this happened much sooner than expected!! Can any of you tell me if you were scared of a miscarriage? I've not had any cramping, I'm exhausted and hungry round the Clock, recently I've had some nausea and very sore breasts. Twice since the positive test ive had very light brown spotting after urination but no other concerns  I have my first doctor's appointment in a week and I'd like to feel more at ease.

When i first found out i was pregnant i didnt have any worrys about miscarriage until about week 9..i was having dreams that i went to the toilet and wiped blood and after that just felt like something was wrong..at 10 weeks 3 days i miscarried and then 5 months later miscarried again at 3 weeks and it broke my heart..my mother grandmother and antie's all had miscarriages some of them multiple but i never thought genetics could play a role..i have a genetic blood clotting disorder and didnt think anything of it until my auntie went to her doctor and he told her she should have been taking aspirin to dissolve the clots because they grow over the tube and smother the baby and thats most likely why she was having multiple miscarriages..sure enough when she took the aspirin with her pregnancy after that she had a beautiful little boy..i dont think you have anything to worry about and you have no genetic links to it either..if there was something wrong i believe you would just know like i did..try relax and enjoy your pregnancy and i wish you all the best.. :)
