Have I miscarried?

Hi all I am so worried.  went for a scan today.  I should be 11w + 6 d pregnant and baby is only measuring at 5w + 6d.  no heartbeat!  I think I have days wrong and my Menstrual cycle is longer than 28 days.
I had my last period on the 6th of feb.  Took a pregnancy test on the 18th March with says I am 1-2 pregnant.
Gestational Sac 29.3mm, Yolk Sac 5.8mm, CRL 2.7mm.

I have phone my local GP which as advised me to go for a D/C tomorrow.
I have had no Bleeding no cramps!
Also how long does it take for a natural miscarriage to ac-cure ?  Cause its being nearly 6 weeks since "they say" the baby died.

Please help me!  Not sure to go for a D/C tomorrow.
thanks

Maybe just to put your mind at ease you should try to ask for another ultrasound in 1 week.  This way you can be sure there was no growth or a heartbeat.  I would say then if there is no progress to get the D&C.  Sorry you have to go through this.

It sounds like you had a "missed miscarriage". I went through this same thing in March. You may want to get a second opinion from another physician if you aren't 100% sure the pregnancy is lost. With me, I knew when the dopplar didnt pick up a heartbeat that something was wrong. Then they did the ultrasound which confirmed it for me. It was devastating. I also had no signs whatsoever of miscarriage. I underwent a D & C 2 days later and am now currently ttc again. I am so sorry for your loss, I truly am .i hope all the best for you.

P.S. If you want a baby keep taking you prenatal vitamins, it is sooooo important!!
