brown discharge stringy mucus too sign of miscarriage?

I am 5weeks and 6 days today woke with very light brown discharge alittle pink for bout half hour nothing accumilating i the pad though just when wiping at this time. i believe to have ovalated may 6 th or after. according to ultrasound first showed nothing second showed g sac few days ago stating to be approx 5wk 4 days at that time. at appprox 3 wk or so hcg was 84 2 days later 284,8 now 2 weeks later tues 3700 then not even 36 hours later 4250. its climbing however i read it can take 48-72 and only has to go up by 50-66% ...does anyone have any advice or honestly what does it sound like have very very mild cramping on n off no heavy bleeding or cramping...can u miscarry with just these sypmtoms or could this be implantation or something else...please????
thank you sooooooo  much i have been crying for 2 days non stop over this

Spotting in early pregnancy can b normal for some people.  I had bleeding with my son and carried him to term.  Spotting is not always a m/c.  It could be an infection, a uti, or sex can cause spotting.  If u experience severe pain or bleeding that fills a pad an hour go to the er.  Try not to stress and good luck to u.
