Sorry for your loss..As the ladies said ,most docs say wait 2-3 cycles being it will better the chances of having no m/c, not only to heal inside but emotionally some what too..You didn't do anything wrong thats a forsure.Good luck and hope you get a healthy pregnancy to come.

I'm sorry for your loss.  Most time sDr's say to wait anywhere from 1 to 3 cycles after a m/c to start trying again.  Not only for physical recovery, but also to allow for emotional recovery.  Early losses are unfortunately very common and it doesn't raise your risk of having another one.  It is controversial whether stress plays a large role or not.  It is obviously not good for the baby, having mom's vital signs raised would stress out the embryo as well, but I don't think it's considered to be a cause of m/c in itslef.  Most early losses are from chromosomal abnormalities, and nothing could be done from the beginning.  I hope you feel better soon, and if you need to vent there's always someone here to lend an ear.

I am so sorry for your loss. Stress didn't cause it hun, you didn't do anything wrong. Sometimes m/c are caused by chromosomal abnormalities which is most common in the first trimester. I had a m/c in the beginning of Feb, I was 16w so I know what an emotional time this is. My dr told me to wait 2 cycles and that I don't have a higher risk than any other women for another m/c. You will want to ask your dr when he/she thinks you should/can try again. Most drs say between 1-3 cycles. I hope you are feeling better soon! Take care and if you need to talk, there is always someone here.
