Your levels sound right because they are doubling which is normal.  Feeling crampy is normal too for a lot of women that just become pregnant along with some achiness.  Around 5 to 6 weeks you should be able to detect a heartbeat but that can vary.  So please do keep us updated on the u/s and the levels :D

your levels sound brilliant i wouldn't worry i no easy said done right. 5 weeks pregnant you might not get a heart beat that early more like 6/8 weeks but who know's but your levels do sound brill. as for the cramps thats normal period type cramps as long as there not to distressing and you dont bleed. if you do bleed go to hospital straight a way but some people to have a brown is discharge called implantation thats just old blood try to relaxe more and put your feet up no heavy lifting or stretching and hot baths you'l be fine. iv'e had a few misscariages and chemical pregnancys in my time so i no how you feel it's hard but worrying is not good for you or baby. good luck let us know how you get on. and take you prenatal tablets i would also recamend like i do take asprin 1 tablet a day 75mg ask your g.p first thow look it up on the internet people call it baby asprin it helps to keep the baby there. as for hcg levels they double every couple days.
