another thing is that, i have anterior intramural myoma nodule. anyone who knows about this kindly share ur ideas. il have to go back to my ob tomorrow to ask about it but im eager now to know if this myoma is not dangerous.

Most chromosomal defects are not genetic. Are you 100% sure your dr said it is genetic? I would get the dr's opinion before you worry too much. Take care hun, sorry for your loss.

Like mikaleen said, I believe the majority of early pg losses are due to chromosomal defects and unfortunately are more common then one would like to think.  If that is your case, then there is no greater risk of a m/c then if you had never had one.  But it is always best to ask your dr if you have any concerns.

Typically dr's will wait until after 3 m/c's to do any genetic testing.

Hi...I am sorry for your loss.  I think you would need to find out from your ob what the particular defect was.  As far as I know most early m/c are caused by chromosomal  defects that are a fluke, and not necessarily likely to occur again.  There are some though that can cause recurrent m/c.  Your Dr. could best tell you by the testing whether it is likely to be an issue for you in subsequent pregnancies.
