Definitely if you are really concerned you should go to a doctor and have them check you.  They might even be able to check your hormone levels and see what they are at currently.  Or you might even be able to go and take a home pregnancy test and if your levels are greater than 25 it will show up.  Keep us posted on what you find out.

It could either be a miscarriage or it could be a blood clot, some months I would have those worse than others and it would cause cramping.  Did you go to a doctor to get checked?  Let us know.

possibly iv'e had a few in my time and chemical pregnacys. it sounds to me like you had a chemical pregnancy where you body just rejects it becouse there was some thing wronge with the baby or the genes or due to you being not well who knows the real reason if your trying to concieve then try again next month don't let it get you down but i do think it was a misscariage from what you'v said. good luck.
