miscarriage?

Im 8 weeks pregnant and thursday night at 11 i woke up to use the restroom and i was bleeding. I went to the ER and they told me that i had a urinary infection and they did a pevic exam and told me i was bleeding from my vagina. So they did an ultrasound and the baby heartbeat was beating at a very slow rate 63  beats per min.ive been cramping and bleeding plz help

I went to the er last night and they did an ultrasound there was no heart beat. I miscarriaged but i have been praying and i left it in god s hands this was his choice and I'm ok with it i asked him that if this was to happened that he put peace in my heart and prayed that i wouldnt feel empty and sadness or even anger.thank you for your advise.god will bless me and all u mmommies who have lost just have faith in the lord! He knows why he does things even tho we might never get an answer why ?ddoesthings

My experience didn't end so well, I had that happen with my first m/c.  I began spotting and bleeding and went in for 3 ultrasounds.  Each time the heartrate was lower and lower until it was gone.    I hope this is not the case and your little one will be ok.  As long as there is a heartbeat there is hope.  Good luck to you.
