missed miscarriage? help :(

So, according to my LMP I'm 10w2d ..I went to a free clinic at 5w almost 6w..then at 7w3d then at 8w and they haven't seen the heartbeat. I haven't been back to a Dr. Since I've started a new job and haven't had time but I've never really had any pregnant symptoms except really sore boobs. And they're big and hungry and peeing a lot..now my boobs don't hurt too much just a little sore and I go to the bathroom and eat a lot and jeans a lil tight ...should I be worried? I mean how common is a mm/c? Also I have no cramping or even spotting

Missed miscarriages aren't very common. My sister had one and when they couldn't find the heartbeat they had to do an ultrasound to find out. I'd ask your doctor about getting one.

It took almost 12 weeks to find my oldest heart beat.. they sent me to the hospital to an ultrasound and they found it right away. I had a miscarriage after I had her I was 9w 6d I had no cramping no warning sign nothing got up to go to the bathroom and blood was everywhere. Everyone's body and symptoms are different there's no telling if you're going to miscarry you may have symptoms you may not.. I'd suggest making time to schedule an appointment with an ob they could explain to you what is going on better than anyone else
