no period after miscarriage.

I had a miscarriage in Nov 2009. I did not have to have a D&C. I still have not had my period yet.I had a few experiences of pink spotting when i wipe but thats it. My husband and I are trying to conceive again so I have took 5 home pregnancy test and all of them have came up negative. Is it possible that i am pregnant and it is not showing up? or could there be another problem.

I have an appointment monday to get checked out. I called them last month and told them and they told me to wait another month. The past two weeks i feel like im experiencing pregnancy symptoms. Im having migrains, really weird back pain, and a funny feelin in my stomach. And i've been moody.

Have you talked to your doctor about your miscarriage or since then? How far along were you when you miscarried? Sometimes a woman's body takes time to regulate but I'm not sure if I've ever heard about it being that long.
