miscarriage or something else?

Okay so i had a baby on March 4th i know your supposed to wait 6 weeks to have sex but i didn't i was ready., but anyways I've used condoms and i did have an incident and had to go get the plan b pill.. but yesterday i had sex and was having a little light bleeding that picked up a little through the day like a regular period.. but when i woke up this morning i was standing by the bathroom waiting fo my son to get done and all i could feel was gushing.. so i sat down on the toilet and had to take my pants off because there was blood all down my leg and there was also a lot of blood in the toilet. It was a very bright red with blood clots in it. It's been an hour or so since that happened and I'm still having cramps.. but the blood flow has slowed down.. so do you think it's a miscarriage or something else?
