i took a hcg level testing for pregnancy on the 26th it came back negative but i did not have a period at all last month. 2 days ago i was helping my grandma move and i fell really really hard on a box full of big books the box didn't even break. i landed on the top of the box but it only hit me on my lower part of my stomach it even left a big bruise and it is still hurting. when i woke up the next morning i was bleeding i am still bleeding alot and it is bright red could i have been pregnant and lost the baby? or could it just be my period coming very late?
In all honesty that is really an impossible question to even attempt to answer. If you are bleeding heavily, such as a pad an hour, you need to seek immediate medical attention. Also, if you think the bleeding, pregnant or not, could be a result of this fall, I would also seek medical attention.
