Anyone else?

I had a m/c late nov. I bleed on and off for about 3 weeks. The other day I had some more bleeding, but it had a mucus (sp)-like texture to it. It was heavy as h**l and then it tapered off into a spotting. I have called my doctor and she said to wait and see if it comes back before I come in. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes with one of my m/cs earlier this yr I bleed for 2 weeks stopped for a week and bleed again for another week. The stuff you are referring to is left over lining that wasn't shed with your m/c. If it persists though I would def call your dr and get into to see them. You want to make sure you don't need a d and c. If you didn't get rid of all you needed to you could wind up with an infection. I don't want to scare you so sorry if I did. I just want to help you before you go through more trauma. You don't need to you have been through enough. Take care of yourself and good luck. Let me know what happens!

I was 7 weeks and I passed things naturally. My levels are back to normal. I am actually going in on Monday to make sure that everything is progressing ok.

That similar thing happened to me with my mc in Nov. How far along were you when you miscarried? Have you had your hcg levels checked lately to see what they are? I bled/spotted off an on for 6 weeks with my m/c. I was approx 8 weeks along. I would stop for a week, then start back up again. it was frustrating!!  It could be some leftover tissue that your body is trying to get rid of. Did you have D&C or pass things naturally?
